Wondering what to serve on the 17th of May? Here are some tips that may be of inspiration. Great inspiration! But just point out one thing-pavlova is not Russian :) it is indeed named after a Soviet ballet dancer inside but dessert is from down under. It is the national dessert, cafe menu both in New Zealand cafe menu and Australia. Yum :)
