Pour the cornstarch, lightly beaten egg and breadcrumbs in three separate bowls. Turn the fillets first in the corn flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry the fillets over medium heat in a lot of butter, please add them onto a platter in the oven so they stay warm (Set the oven at about 100 degrees). Stir together sour cream, roe and dill - how much of each is up to each one, season with salt and pepper. Serve the fish with potatoes, gravy, lemon and salad.
It looks very good out. Shrimp sandwich for starters ???
