A really good fish as it batters in sesame seeds, almonds and eggs. Used the two blocks is enough for about 6 pieces. For that, I made hollandaise sauce. It was the first time I did own Hollandaise I got whisk really well got a little arm muscle workout, but the results catering göteborg were good. Mix the egg yolks, lemon and water in a pot, not aluminum. Put the pan in the water bath just below the boiling point. Whisk rapidly until the mixture thickens. Add the warm melted butter a little at a time, beating vigorously. Be sure that the sediment on the butter does not come with. Season with salt and pepper.
